How to unlock Bootloader in Redmi mobile 2019 - Techusers

Caution: Unlocking Bootloader voids the warranty of your device

Requirements

1.MI unlock tool download from from here

2. MI account for sign in

3. windows pc

4. usb cable

Steps to unlock bootloader

STEP 1: Go to settings-about phone-tap 7 times on miui version(now you will get message you are developer)


STEP 2: Settings-Additional settings-Developer option-Mi unlock status

STEP 3: settings-additional settings-enable  Oem unlocking and usb debugging option

STEP 4: Now go to Settings - Additional Settings - Developer Options - Mi Unlock Status. (Now connect your device with internet by using mobile data and click "Add account and device". You must be needed to log in your Mi account with your device)

STEP 5: Now Power Off your device and go to fastboot mode by pressing Power and Volume Down (-) at the same time.

Step 6: Open Mi unlock tool then connect your mobile and sign in with mi account same account with phone

STEP 7: when your phone detectected then click unlock option.

In case the message tell you wait for 72/360 hours you to need wait then retry it

STEP 8: Now bootloader is succesfully unlocked, reboot your phone
